Step 3—Presentation of Quotation to Client (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm)
Your Sales Executive will make an appointment to present and discuss the plans and quote to the occupier and property owners.
Step 4– Acceptance of quotation
Sign the Preliminary Agreement so that we can organise:
Step 5– Contract Appointment (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm)
Step 6– Building permits
Step 7– Receive permits
Step 8– We commence building
Foundations:
15% of total payment due
Step 9– Frame
15% of total payment due
Step 10– Lock Up
30% of total payment due
Step 11– Fit Out
25% of total payment due
Step 12– Completion
