Step 1—Initial meeting with your Design Consultant (Free, No Obligation)
Your Design Consultant will schedule in an initial appointment to meet with you to discuss your specific design and building requirements tailored to your budget. Please bring along any site information you may have available.
Step 2—Design Agreement
A fee will be payable to enable our team to gather appropriate information to enable your Design Consultant to prepare an accurate Quotation. The following preliminary works are undertaken.
Step 3 - Presentation of Quotation to Client
Your Design Consultant with schedule an appointment to present the plans and final quotation.
Step 4 - Acceptance of Quotation (Preliminary Agreement)
You are required to sign a Preliminary Agreement so as to move forward to the following:
Step 5 – Contract Appointment
An appointment is scheduled for all owners on the title to sign all of the following documents:
A deposit is required and payable.
Once all of the above have been completed, your project is prepared and an application for a permit is sent.
Step 6– Building permits
Step 7– We commence building
Foundations:
15% of total payment due
Step 8– Frame
15% of total payment due
Step 9– Lock Up
30% of total payment due
Step 10– Fit Out
25% of total payment due
Final Step– Completion
Balance of payment due 10%
