"Gum Nut" is a one room ‘bed-sitter’ with open plan bedroom/living area and separate bathroom. Versatile extra accommodation for a teenage student or a home office. Verandah or kitchenette in place of robe optional.
Manna Gum
"Manna Gum" provides two separate bedrooms with built in robes and shared bathroom. Ideal for teenage or student family members.
Lemon Gum
"Lemon Gum" can be a Home office or Studio. It is open plan design with ensuite and kitchenette. Suitable for small business or professional working from home.

"Gum Leaf" is a quality built garden bungalow. Ideal as a Hobby studio, or Office.
